TPD Compliance

The TPD compliance status of Vapour Union Online Ltd products is now recorded by the MHRA as ‘declared’. This indicates that the notification is complete and all Vapour Union and CORE branded products are now classed as TPD Compliant by the MHRA.

There was a new directive (TPD2) enforced on 20 May 2025 to regulate e-cigarettes, e-liquids and all other components used exclusively for these products in the UK and Europe. This regulation required notification of such products to the competent national authorities that then review the data.

After reviewing the notification scheme for electronic cigarettes, Vapour Union Online Ltd identified the necessary information the authorities require to have a legal product in the market place. We already have this information for all our e-liquids and are work with our hardware manufacturers to achieve the same.

Be assured that all Vapour Union Online Ltd branded products have been notified, declared and regulated for both retail and wholesale.
